2. Products &Authenticity
All products sold by Aum Tatva are sourced directly from Nepal, Indonesia, and other regions of India. We provide RGTL lab certification with every Rudraksha product. While we make every effort to ensure authenticity, natural products may exhibit slight variations in size, colour, and texture —these are not defects and are characteristic of genuine natural beads.
Authenticity Guarantee:
If any product is found to be inauthentic by an independent RGTL-certified laboratory, we will replace it at no cost or provide a full refund. This is our lifetime authenticity promise.
3. Pricing &Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, orders placed and confirmed at a price are honoured at that price
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, EMI, and Cash on Delivery (select pin codes)
- For COD orders above ₹5,000, a non-refundable advance of ₹500 may be required
- All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways
