Parad Moti / Parad Mala
Parad Moti are beads made from solidified mercury (parad), and a Parad Mala is a string of these beads. They are used for japa, kept in puja, and worn by some devotees. Parad is linked with Lord Shiva and is traditionally believed to support health, focus and prosperity.

Parad Moti are small, heavy, silvery beads made from solidified mercury. Strung together they make a Parad Mala. They are also sold loose, for puja or for making your own mala.

Mercury is linked with Lord Shiva, and Parad is one of the most sacred materials in Hindu worship. A Parad Mala is used for Shiva japa and kept in the home temple.

How to use it
