A 7 Chakra Mala is a mala with beads of seven stones, one for each of the body’s seven main chakras, from the root to the crown. It comes with stones only or combined with Rudraksha, and is used for meditation, energy balance and calm.

- Third eye (Ajna): indigo stone, for intuition
- Crown (Sahasrara): violet or clear stone, for spiritual connection
